This time i'd like to tell you how my experience fantastic dining at one of exclusive restaurant in Jakarta. Evening before Chinese New Year, almost all Chinese family in Indonesia are welcoming this celebration by dinner together.

Spectrum organizing a dinner gala with all you can eat concept in purpose for welcome this Chinese New Year Eve. It is spotted in Fairmont Hotel where we know it is one of luxury hotel with 5 stars standard. I do noticed the huge building with elegant dark color when pass through.

Following the hotel, Spectrum is here with luxurious and interesting also blended with minimalist and modern element too. As seen, restaurant sure have a huge space could fit many people. In this moment, many decoration with chicken shapes are displayed around the restaurant since this is year of chicken as the Chinese calendar.

Sure not doubtful, as the 5 stars standard, they do offering a various kind of dishes. I do amazed with many variant of foods that we could eat all we want. I event can't remember all foods at there that night.

Available with few section of foods start from Western, they have amuse bouche, mixed & cheese. Then it has Indonesian section that sure really familiar for us. Honestly i can't remember all food i had that nice. But one section should be my favorite is the seafood.

What i prefer in this section is the freshness of ingredients to create the good food just like the lobster, it is sure looks tempting. Nice texture, perfect freshness and sweet soft lobster meat sure tasty!

Other than lobster, my favorite dish here is the roasted wagyu beef with medium rare. Beautiful color of roasted meat, tender and juicy also it sure low fat good quality of meat. It does taste amazing.

Don't forget i also try some of the desserts those are delightful. It is available various kind that is really tempting like praline, macaron, mini tart and even the nian gao (traditional Chinese new year cake). I recommended you have to try the ice cream with black sesame flavor.

With 5 stars standard hotel restaurant, sure it has quite high price to spend. With excellence service and perfect, customer would be spoiled with great experience and happy dining moment.
